1.start with your image
2.create a base
3. Duplicate layer >screen 64%
3. Duplicate again this time set to soft light then filter sharpren ounce
4. flatten layers use a defult white brush I used 19 hold down the shift key to make a straight line on the right side of the icon
5. next I cut the picture of blue out resized it to 50x50 went to stroke 1px I chose black
6. next i wrote best buds underneath the blue icon and added some tiny text
I can't remember what brush I used for the orginal icons sorry!
7. lastly I added this blob in the top hand corner set to lighten. then duplicated that and moved it to the right hand corner. and that's it
8. Final result!
