Your uncle raping you does not make you a whore. That makes him a sick bastard who took advantage of you. You should report this to the cops. Hurting yourself and starving is not going to make this better, it will only hurt you. Go to the cops and make him pay. You are strong.

Either way, you don't have to carve the word 'whore' into your flesh. It will scar and be with you forever, and that is horrible because you are not a whore.

When I was confused about a rape my clinician sent me to a sexual assault crisis clinic where I was able to work it out in a safe environment as quickly or as slowly as I needed. You should try looking one up near you, they are incredibly kind and understanding, and they wont pressure you to dig into anything youre not ready for, they offered to work with me over the course of an entire year, weekly, just to make sure I was safe. good luck. youre not a whore.

Yh my friend told me to go see a rape therapist. Trying to get up the courage to phone the drs to arrange an appt for my depression first

I know it isn't easy but like everyone else has stated you do need to speak to a therapist.
You are not a whore, you're an amazing girl and you never deserved to be taken advantage of the way your uncle did- he is the bad person in this situation, a very bad person. I will be sending you some positive energy and strength, you deserve to be happy, you really do. <3
