I had a long, productive, fun day yesterday. I woke up, cleaned my rooms, stretched, ate pancakes, held some long conversations with friends, and went to the hardware store. I bought trim to go around my floor, in my room that has been freshly drywalled, primed & painted. I spraypainted the trim, and caught up with some schoolwork ( Read more... ) -

I'm falling behind in class. My room's still not done. I still can't tell if this diet is helping anything. My stomach is doing great though, lately, and my back muscles are amazing! Heated homes, who knew?! They help muscles relax ( Read more... ) -

I'm officially moving into my new place soon, though I've been sleeping and effectively living here for a couple weeks now. I'm filing my change of address with the University, the hospitals I'm in constant contact with, and my friends who send me letters ( Read more... ) -

busy as usual
my winter break officially ends today, but i've been running nonstop since the 2nd, trying to get my room together, my life together (ha), do damage control for friends going through rough times, and also quit eating sugar, gluten, and yeast (which includes fruit and bread and pizza, y'all!) for the new year in hopes of righting some of the ( Read more... ) -

I've been hanging out with my parents a lot during the break; under other circumstances I might have chosen to stay with friends but it's cold outside and I'm a baby about temperature these days. It's also been good to catch up with them during a period of not-arguing on their part. Otherwise I would have found lodging elsewhere ( Read more... ) -
