Tried to cook two steaks for the first time ever, both were mostly failures. The only medium, medium-rare parts were great and seasoned well at least. Partial success I guess, though I burnt one of my teflon pans I think. Next try will be in the oven with aluminum foil later. Sounds hard to mess that one up at least.
