Just saw it.  Loved it.  sabotlours and I talked about guerilla fursuiting (coinage: albear) the place -- but until that happens, well -- it's worth seeing just for the footage of Pripyat (sp?) and my oh my that reactor control room.  The soviets had some good ideas in regard to things like natural lighting, but obviously the meat-and-potatoes end of things did ( Read more... )

OK. So I need to fursuit there, 3 Mile Island, and Fukashima. While I'm there I might as well do Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Who needs glowsticks when your fursuit glows by itself.

Given that you've already done Trinity, I suppose it could be argued that in some way you've already done each other place on earth where there has ever been any sort of nuclear event.

I'd join you gladly, in an instant, but fair warning: my fabulous fursuit, for whatever reason, seems to smell of gas. ;^) ;^)

Don't forget that I have also fursuited Project Gnome and Project Gasbuggy, the 2 other nuclear blast sites in NM. You have to explain why your fursuit smells of gas.

Good man! You pass the test. A true and faithful public servant if ever there were one, this. You really *could* run for elective office -- but only if you ever wanted to, you know.

Incidentally: I didn't even know you'd done Gnome *or* Gasbuggy until this comment showed up just now.

As for my fursuit smelling of gas -- the details and timeline remain a bit fuzzy -- though, of course, there are rumours floating around and about, here and there on the internets. May have to get back to you, on that one; I don't want to speculate based on incomplete information until I've successfully pinned down the facts. Think I can safely say that there has been some mention, someplace or other, about a botched execution....
