I went to the Dead concert at Alpine Valley Saturday night. It was so incredibly good. They are such an amazing band. The sound was really good where we were standing. We had lawn seating but got in early enough to get a decent spot near the front at center stage. I got quite the second hand high from the 4 couples to our left. They lit up ( Read more... )

I got to babysit my 10 month old cousin today for 3 hours! He's so cute and is the happiest baby in the world so it was really easy. He's just starting to crawl so it's really funny to watch him try to scoot across the floor. As an added bonus I got paid more than I should have, sweet!

So yea, haven't updated in awhile. I worked at the State St. Fontana yesterday for Maxwell St Days. I was standing for 9 hours most of it outside just watching for shoplifters none of which we had. It was a nice change of pace compared to stting around the Westside one playing frisbee in the doorway waiting for customers. Last week was my moms ( Read more... )

Went Camping this weekend, kinda sucked. There were tons of mosquitos and the Wisconsin River was really nasty from blue green alge so we didn't get to swim or canoe much. So for another exciting day in the life of the bed ridden gimp I've watched tv 6 of the 7 hours I've been awake, eaten 2 smoothies and a milk shake, and slept 13 1/2 hours of sleep last night!

I got my wisdom teeth out this morning. God that sucked. Yea, it was neat getting the sedative and all that but that definately doesn't override the fact that I'm miserable now. You never realize how disgusting blood tastes untill your mouth won't stop bleeding. I know that's disgusting, I'm sorry. Right now half my face is still kinda numb so ( Read more... )

Work wasn't too bad today, kinda slow seeing as it's the third day the stores been open and being fathers day and all. Tomorrow I work till 9 then I'm going to try to find a way to stay up as late as possible cause I get my wisdom teeth pulled Tuedsay and can't eat any food after midnight tomorrow.
