Rebecca and I have finally closed on our house. We are officially in horrible, horrible debt starting yesterday. Now we just have to move...yich. Fortunately it will be the last move for a long time.

I'm going to be in Norman for my brother's wedding in June. His wedding is on the 2nd of June, so I am going to try as much as possible to be in town on the 30th so I can catch leitha_phoenix before she heads out. As some of you might know, I have been working as an intern for General Software. Well, my manager told me today that they want to hire me on full-time. He hasn't given me an official offer, but he said that I should be through all of the paperwork this week and start next week as a full-time employee.

I just wanted everyone (on livejournal) to know that I got an internship at General Software that starts...probably monday. It is a three month long intensive training course designed to turn me into a BIOS programming machine! Anyway, I just thought people should know. I'm going to go check on my chicken vindaloo.

Well, I got the call I've been waiting for last night...I'm moving to Seattle. Becca finally accepted that job (unfortunately for less than she wanted) and I will be leaving on the 25th of this month. Just letting people know that I leave for Hawaii on Friday (tomorrow) to spend some time with Becca and her family. After that I'm going to be going to San Antonio for a wedding. I will be back the 18th so I hope everyone has a good couple of weeks. Btw, I'm thinking we should start playing some frisbee soon after I get back.

This is a little premature...there is a chance that my prof in Control Theory will give me a pity A, but I'm not betting on it. So as of right now I am no longer a student....and I'm actually pretty happy about that. It's time I got a real job and started doing something and making money.
