YAY! For my reel_merlin fic of 'Cinderella' is DONE DONE DONE!

I totally took it for the lulz, hoping to get a sweet, slightly cracky fic written about Nimueh as the evil Stepmother and Morgana and Gwen and the Not So Ugly Sisters, with Merlin as the poor, put upon son of Nimueh's second husband - who she possibly ate, a la spider - and Arthur as, of course, ( Read more... )

Haha, ironically, I was watching The Slipper and the Rose the other day and had the overwhelming urge to write Merlin/Arthur Cinderella fic. Ohmygosh, this fandom induces insanity. I am very excited to read yours...♥

The Slipper and the Rose is a film; it's a musical version of Cinderella (with real people unlike Disney) and it's absolutely fabulous.

Yeah, um, my reel_merlin fic? I finished it last night, at 28 000 words. TWICE AS MANY AS I HAD PLANNED FOR IT TO BE. *bangs head on things*

Your fic was kind of startlingly awesome, by the way. It wasn't what I was expecting and I liked it a lot. :D What are the other two prompts you took?
