So, I failed all of my willpower rolls today - there was too much bad food in the back. And it looks like overall I've gained a couple more pounds. SO, time to buckle down again and start eating Core foods. *sigh* We'll see if my almost total lack of self control and my horrible habit of giving into temptation can handle it.

an easy way to help avoid temtation building up to much. Is figure out a small portion that is going to satify you. Yet not throw you off loosing weight to much. or give your self a cheat day or meal were is you do small portion sizes that are filling. One of the things I leared resently is to take portions that you know you will want 2nd on and then take 20 minutes to eat it. More times then not you are not going to be hungry after you finish your first portion.

*nods* I was doing that, but I fell off of even THAT wagon. :P I'm getting better, I just have to re-portion myself, get mysf back to being satiated with smaller portions, eaten slower. At work that's hard cause we're running around and it's just easy to throw something into my mouth and scarf it. I need to restrict myself more there.

Thank you for the tip darling. I just need to get back to applying myself. :P
