This project finally has a title. At least, a working title. I kind of grow more fond of it everyday though.

They will most likely be appearing in a webcomic 8D I hadn't really mentioned any permanent plans since I have this tendency to say I'll do something and then kind of... end up dropping off XD But if I have the webcomic course at school in this coming fall, expect to see pages!

(I agree with below person, though perhaps I would move the title up to overlap the leafystuff a little more. That space feels weirdly empty, though maybe it'd feel different with more colours)

I mean.
It's beautiful Xan. *u* I love it and I want to see it finished so much. Flower details are such a nice touch. I KNEWWWWW it was the funeral (but that's partially because I kinda know what's going on? ^^; ) I def. second the "make it more coffin-y" thought.
I kinda dig it more upside down. Right-side up I feel like he'd be lying down, or standing solemnly with some flowers. Upside-down feels more like something is weird or wrong, which... y'know... death kinda fits that.
Oh man oh man. I can't tell you how awesome I think this is. Like, LJ was being slow and I had to restart firefox three times, and reload this page at least 7 times, and even with all that build-up trying to get to Ries-art, it did not disappoint. TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT.
(And now that I have finally beheld it, I am going to bed. XD)

I already went back in and added a bit of the wood for the coffin, though the foliage does a pretty good job of covering most of it XDD
