I am exactly the same, i do not agree with nationalism and i have no desire to be patriotic. I mean i'm proud of being british, but at the end of the day if i have to give up my heritage, it wouldn't bother me. I'm from so many different places, i have turk blood in me, arab blood, eastern european blood, God knows what else hahaha. And to top it off, i was born and raised in England!
Personally i find countries that are...crazy patriotic, so be kind of insane? Like South Koreans and Americans, it freaks me out. Pledging to a flag? a piece of material?
It's so foreign to me, makes no sense what so ever.
