My gosh, that woman doesn't *own* the shop, does it? Cos it sounds like it'll be out of business very soon if that's the attitude she gives to all potential customers.o_O
that's why I love Kinokuniya - all I have to do is give them the title, the author and the publisher if I have it, and they look it up for me and order it.^_^
i dunno :x it's either her or the guy i asked last time... it's hard they'll run out of business, because they are the only shop i've seen that have tenimyu DVDs (animate only goods) and other tenimyu stuff for sale... and they have shitloads of magazines D:

the system i used isn't popular ^___^;; we have a lot of shops here that sell japanese anime merchandise and magazines, and so some times people can ask the shops to get stuff for them ^__^;;
i'm not sure how can it work overseas tho, sorry :( is it up on nippon-export?

I've never heard of nippon-export... ah well, doesn't matter too much. Worse comes to worse I'll just have to wait. I might be going to Japan at the end of the year, maybe I'll find it then~
