urghhhh bad outcome.
i sewed the hakama, with two band things to tie the front and back.
1. it's too big on the sides. when i put it on my waist (where it's supposed to be), the cuts on the side overlapped, and so no cut could be seen.
2. the bit underneath the choco mountain is too big as well. it makes the pleats get 'pushed out'.
3. the front pleats turned out okay. back pleats not that okay.
4. saiyuuki, the jdrama, is on TVB -___-

i was going to pre-order it at this DVD/CD/magazine shop that i've always kinda liked, but then the woman there had SUCH A F-ING BAD ATTITUDE.
i didn't have the web address with me yeah (it's not like i can remember 3 different links, which all just link to one link), so i asked if i could search it.
i've tried this before, when i was thinking of ordering no clouds in the blue heavens. the guy let me find it, and he told me the price i needed to pay and all.
no, she says. why should i search for it? you should have the web address with you.
so okay, i didn't have the links with me. but i did remember the approximate price. would that be enough for an approximation? since you know, it's only an approximation.
NO. "if you don't have the web address then why bother even asking?!" i semi-quote her. i remembered it to 2 significant figures, you woman! no matter what it would have been a good business, definitely HKD1000+!
so i left the shop completely annoyed, and went to the another guy 2 floors up to pre-order it.
he, unlike the bitch downstairs, did give me a very loose price i had to pay (price in yen x 0.1, which is high since it's 0.075 normally).
and you know, had good relationships with customers.
and i didn't have to pay for the whole thing ($1600) yet~~
$400 only~~
and definitely cheaper. i remember no clouds in the blue heavens was like $800 something. when you know, x0.1 would have only been $700-ish.
