Oh I am SOOOOOO sorry I haven't been online. I just read this (11.47pm, Monday 18th September). How are things going now?
If they are going "well" now with Michael, PLEASE re-read this post and remember what he has done to you. He risked losing his son for that whore - even my husband has never done THAT. I don't care if she IS out of his life now, you need to get HIM out of YOUR life and get supervised access for him to see Seth. You need to protect your legal rights as a mother - remember the email I sent you, you cannot mess around with this. My husband is now only having supervised access to the kids, he is not happy about it but I had to make sure the kids come first and he can be trusted. Now he either sees them with an agreed third party or he doesn't see them at ALL.
You have my mobile number, sms me ANY time you need to talk and I will call you straight back. I feel awful that I was not there for you, I just haven't been online lately...
Things with Michael are going well but thats only because until I've had a chance to get to Legal Aid again I don't want to cause problems until I have it in a legal document that I can keep him from him for what he did. And hopefully I can get to Legal Aid next week sometime. Do not worry about not being here for me, I really haven't spoken to anyone about it. As much as it has messed me up alot, it's also helped me wake up a bit, which is a good thing.

You are doing the right thing by keeping the peace, but pursuing your legal rights. I know it is a pain in the ass to deal with Legal Aid - I have an appointment with them tomorrow and I booked it a MONTH ago - but it will prevent any problems in future with Seth. I mean anything could happen, he could just fall over and hit his head (as kids do) but if it comes out in hospital that his father was stoned when he was watching him, or Natalie the known jailbird who deserts kids was watching him, or whatever... the last thing you need is to somehow be blamed for neglect, when you have NEVER neglected your boy
