i haven't listened to the raincloud man yet, but the other six and charleys are much better than the condemned. and lots of other things too. they're genuinely pretty awesome (i've told you this already, but i like to feel as if i comment and stuff). as is 'he jests at scars' (mmm, valeyard-y) which i've just finished listening to. i do like six ( ... )

But 'occluded' was exactly the word I wanted, for the telepathic mind-clouding thing. It might have been purposefully done by someone, or the result of some yet-unknown accident: either way, the memory's occluded.

And I'm looking forward to more Six/Charley and Jests at Scars. :)

Yes, she should fess up to Six, or call Romana, and either way she might well be reunited with Eight who'd gladly have her back (and who she wants to travel with more anyway). Charley can be a bit slow, sometimes, for all Zagreus wants us to believe she runs around solving pi puzzles and being v. clever.

Excellent review!

A quick edumacational note: Nothing mysterious about the blue coat! Six donned the blue suit during the prologue to Real Time (the CD version, not the online BBC version), as a nod to decorum during a funeral he attended with Evelyn. Apparently, blue is the colour of mourning on the planet... something or other. Evelyn thought he was referring to it as his "morning suit", while he was, in fact, referring to it as his "mourning suit". The whole scene is quite funny, and perhaps the highlight of an otherwise bleh audio.

Not surprisingly, Evelyn pulled the Puppy Dog Eyes of Sadness on him, whenever he made noises about changing back... hence, Blue!Six!

::wishes she still had her Blue!Six icon::

Oooh, hey! Thanks! I'm glad it has an origin, rather than just being a quickly constructed 'please do not imagine him in The Coat the whole of out audios, guys: we are going to be v. serious sometimes, and the cat pin does not always give it that note of gravitas.'

Icon from the comics, I presume?
