cherish and love all of the people that are close to you in life because you really truly never know when they can be gone - i came home from school yesterday and my mom had told me that uncle nick had passed away. he died the night before yesterday in his sleep. we don't know what the cause is yet, but it's been a shock to everyone. everyone's ( Read more... )

thank you babe. it's been bad on everyone and this is the first time in my family where any of us have had to deal with something like this, so it's kind of like the first time something like this happened for all of us. but i guess in a way we're fortunate that these things don't happen often and this was a first. while i was up in new jersey it was really rough. but i know this stuff just takes time to get over, even though i really don't think you "get over" it, i think you just adapt and go on with life. but everyone is seeming to do a lot better from what i've heard so that's a good thing to hear :)
