I get the "men don't see housework", but surely the sticking to the shower base, or slipping on it, cause it's so manky should be obvious not oblivious... surely the rank smelling sheets should be a clue??
I suppose I'm spoiled by my dad who has done dish washing and other chores for all of my life. Not that I came from a horribly houseproud household. Mum has worked since I was about 14 and she never kept the house spotless before that (difficult to when you have 5 kids with 10 years between oldest and youngest). Clean means to me not sticking to stuff, and not having to scrub down stuff if people paid a surprise visit. I just can't seem to explain to guys that if you do a little often it doesn't become a big production later... what is it with guys that they don't understand that??
