I have to say how Freaking Refreshing it is to say something positive about a big company's customer service!

I was under the exact same impression you were. I admire them, and i think you should end them a positive email. Someone my brother knows, sent A 1 a comment please send us any comments you may have. He did, got like coupons for a 1 back. I think i'll go see what crutchfield has for stuff. I need a case for my Ipod.

thats great to know! today the financial aid lady at central michigan totally fixed my financial aid issue in 5 minutes, and blocked the late fee even though it was my fault it wasnt dealt with on time!

Store credit. Regular credit would have been to your credit card. They will email me my code when they receive the merchandise. He REALLY wants an IPOD and with the credit and the birthday money mom gave him, he can actually get the one he wants.
