I just bought textbooks. And I saved over $100 buying them through Amazon.com and not at the school bookstore, even with expedited shipping. w00t, go me! Plus I already had two that I needed, so only had to buy three books this year. Grad school textbooks still cost a ton though.

Well I've started back at the gym. I actually rented a locker to help force myself to go, it's $20 for the semester and I'll feel bad knowing it's there and I'm not using it. So hopefully I will be going at least twice a week from now on ( Read more... )

Completely not in the spirit of Christmas at the moment, especially since it's not about giving presents to yourself. But I did.

New laptop for me, to be delivered early (a whole 2 weeks thank you!) this week.

It snowed yesterday, so I got to wear my new winter boots today to trudge around and to/from campus. Although I did wish for ski goggles this afternoon when it was snowing and windy, snow in your eyes stings!
