The special effects orange that Commander Salamander in georgetown carries looks like it would be safety orange on bleached hair. Looking at their website, it looks likely to be hi octane orange, which looks like safety orange to me. Said dye can be purchased all over the internet if no place near you sells special effects :)

Special effects is a pretty awesome brand. They've got colors I like, and their dye shows up quite nicely on my hair even if I don't bleach it. I have to leave it in for like 4-6 hours, but it shows up! (user icon shows my natural hair color)

Thanks again for coming along on the tat-touchup expedition. It's looking pretty good... monsteralice thinks it will be significantly pinker than it was before, surprise surprise.

Also, the flower sticker stayed on my arm overnight, and lasted through my shower the next day. It's sitting on my desk until I figure out where it belongs...
