Yesterday we held a memorial service (celebration of life) for my sister, who passed away last month (see previous post). We did the service in the morning, followed by lunch, then a private burial in the afternoon ( Read more... )

Found out today that my sister has cancer and will be undergoing treatment. The treatment is pretty costly, so that could affect my plans down the road. Not even going to speculate anything at this point except that I won't be doing any non-work-related travel until further notice ( Read more... )
