I'll be house-hunting soon, in a year or so, as the colony I live in is to be demolished (under some govenment scheme) by mid next year.
I don't know how you feel, but I can understand. I'll be there soon enough, I think. O_O

I wish you the best of luck with the house-hunting as well. :D You sound like you're already on top of it, so you should have a good chance of finding a place quick. And is that even legal to do that sort of thing? o_o
