Why do you have so much dill? My dad used to grow a lot of dill. My parents very often used it as seasonings in soups and with chicken a lot of the time, so it sounds like you're right on track.

When you buy fresh dill, you get a fistful, and we only needed two tablespoons for the dish! But that's okay, I *love* the smell of dill.
Any recipes you'd recommend with dill?
