Within the last two weeks, birds have been falling out of there nests too frequently. First was the mocking bird fledgling. It just so happened that the dog was barking oh so differently outside. I went out to investigate to find him nipping at the poor thing. I yanked him back to save the bird. The damage wasn't that bad, only a sprained wing and ( Read more... )

sometimes i wonder if having a cat that eats them (in sikrit!) is better than having to see the fallen birdlings, it's so sad...

No, not really instead of finding a live bird you have a dead bird or a pile of feathers.

A blogspot? You mean another account to add to the oodles of my existing accounts? I should only do so as a last resort.

no dead bird -- that's why i said "in sikrit". of curse, i should probabyl have said "in secret" and called for a panther or someone who devours a bit better than a cat.

i don't know if a gmail account exists among your noodles, but if so, you can use it to log in to blogspot/blogger. i'd reached the end of my tether with lj myself, so naturally assumed others owuld want a way out aswell.

I do have a gmail and I do have one or two met friends on blogspot but that isn't enough for me right now. If do decide to make a move, I will be sure to notify you.

Hard lighting seems to work best for flowers, I didn't photoshop any of these.

Trust me, the cuteness starts to fade away after you have to clean up it's poop and feed it every hour.
