I use default face replacements by Selzi. I use default replacement skins by Louis. Those can be found at modthesims2.com and all the hair is from the booty: http://paysites.mustbedestroyed.org/booty/

How exactly do you replace the default faces? I've made a file for downloads and placed everything in there, and whilst the eyes, hair and eyebrows appear with no problem, the faces are nowhere :/.

Existing Sims will not show the default replacement faces. So try making a new Sim and see if that one shows one of the default replacement faces. Also the preview thumbnails of the faces in CAS still look like the Maxis faces but they are the new ones when you make a new sim. I hope that made sense...
