Eumycetoma/Madura Foot

So there are a bunch of fungi that cause this particular kind of infection, clumped together as one condition known as eumycetoma. Because it usually shows up in the feet, for example after stepping on a contaminated object and getting a wound with spores in (WEAR SHOES, PEOPLE), it's commonly known as madura foot. Naaaahhhh! I'm still going barefooted every where I can! Even around my horses. But I've always been pretty aware of my feet and if even ONE crusty thing popped up, or if something hurt like hell, I WOULD GO TO TEH DOCKTOR!!!

I imagine that has to be really painful! I suspect the victim is a third world citizen and has suck all for health care. Big sinus-y holes in my feets leaking pusty fluids of various colors would probably be really painful!
