Strange little hands

I just found some information about a kid in China born with 31 digits (probably because of a genetic mutation) getting an operation to get rid of some of them. He had 15 fingers and 16 toes. Three fingers on each hand appear to be fused together and he doesn't seem to have thumbs.

Although I once saw a article with picture in the paper about a little girl in china who was born with an extra arm, sticking out of her forehead. She couldn't move it or anything... it was just there.
