I just found some information about a kid in China born with 31 digits (probably because of a genetic mutation) getting an operation to get rid of some of them. He had 15 fingers and 16 toes. Three fingers on each hand appear to be fused together and he doesn't seem to have thumbs.

In a very strange case of fetus in fetu, a baby was born in China with a fully formed penis growing out of the middle of his back. It was removed after a three hour operation.
