Is this a teratoma? I'm not exactly clear on what makes something a teratoma, is any bit of body part growing in a weird place like this a teratoma, or is there something specific that makes it one?

IIRC a teratoma is something like an absorbed twin but less developed/only parts of the body, so I think it would be. But I'm sure Wiki knows more - it's been a while since I read about them.
