FYI: Fort Chipewyan is roughly a 7 hour drive north of Edmonton, making it not-really-near Edmonton.

Closer to Fort McMurray, Alberta, tar sand capital of the world!

The story mentioned Fort McMurray, not Edmonton. The headline fell under the Edmonton tag because it's the nearest major metropolitan center.

Fort McMurray is just a stinking rich boomtown with less than 100,000 residents.
