So yesterday I went to my med check appointment where they took my blood pressure. The nurse was all excited because she had gotten this new digital BP monitor. All she had to do was push a button. Lemme just say though with my migraines my blood pressure was that high when I got to the hospital and my hands and feet were numb as well before my head started to hurt. You know how you were saying your PCP thought it could've been your BC pills? Well, I was put on a newer BC pill after I had Zoe (I also smoke too so our situations are similar) and all the time I would start feeling weird like my heart would race I'd sweat then I'd get a horrible migraine and have to go to the hospital. I quit taking my BC pills, got on blood pressure meds, cut back on smoking and haven't felt weird since or got a migraine since I lost my job. My question is what type/brand of BC were you using? Just out of curiousity? If you don't mind me asking?
Doesn't it suck when your body just won't cooperate?! ugh! haha!

Also: I'm taking Aviane. It's a generic of something I can't remember the name of b/c I was put on it so long ago. I've been on different types of birth control for ten years now. But I guess they decided it wasn't the pills....idk.
I'm about to start a post that explains everything in more detail. So feel free to read that and comment with your ideas. I'd like to hear what you think since you've had a similar experience. :)
