If you're serious about becoming a pro fantasy writer, I'd consider joining http://sff.onlinewritingworkshop.com/ for the free trial period. (Have a bunch of stories ready so you can make the best use of it.;) Feedback is detailed and, when merited, brutal.
Going pro is my dream, but I have to say, I kind of fear the "fantasy writer" label, as not all my stories have fantastic elements, and none of my stories involve magic swords or black knights. I guess I can be like my hero Neil Gaiman and call myself a "fantasist"...sounds classier. ;)

Are there any literary magazines out there that you would recommend?
What kind of writing are you looking to read?

(forget where else, at the moment).
I'm not too familiar with print lit journals, 'cause I'm cheap. I'm sure someone else can help, though...
