You absolute must check out the SciFiction archives. The magazine is defunct, but when it was alive it had the highest paying rates in the market and got to snap up a lot of premium work from good authors. It also displays an array of classics from folk like Samuel R. Delany and James TipTree Jr. and JoAnna Russ. (Granted, all of the ones I listed are science fiction, but there's fantasy on there too.)

Fantasy and Science Fiction is a must have. Peter Beagle's Two Hearts was published there last year, for instance.

There's also OSC's IGMS, Baen's Universe, Analog and Asimov.
