open up your base, duplicate it and set it to screen at 57%.
duplicate your base again and desaturate it, and set it to hard light at 100%
make a new layer and fill it with #a55b1e on vivid light, 100%, duplicate it.
now make another layer and fill it with #57a51e on overlay at 100%, and duplicate that twice.
another layer, this time filled with a orangey colour. I just used #f5cc96, at 100% on saturation.
you're almost done.
bring your base to the top and put that on linear burn at 100%
once you're happy with it add text and whatever else you wish!
