so let's feel her kiss...
open your base and play with the curves until it suits you. duplicate the base and set it to linear light at 20%, then duplicate the base and bring it to the top and set it to soft like at 100%.
now make a new layer and fill it with a dark colour, I just used #2e3970 and set that to exclusion. now duplicate the base and bring it to the top, again and leave it on normal. make another layer and fill with a light blue colour at soft light, now another one with a light tannish yellowy colour at linear burn, and now one last layer, fill it with the dark colour and set it to overlay and you're done! I hope you like this, it's only my second tutorial and I was bored. Add text, a boarder etc ^_^
