I forgot to mention that in last night's D&D session I finally put my Dragonborn flame breath to good use. Faced by a group of six zombie mooks (or minions as D&D will have it), I vaporised four of them with my flame breath and then stepped up to the fifth and virtually wiped him out with a holy strike. All in one turn, and I'm freakin FIRST LEVEL

I find this "Fourth Edition" quite intriguing, and note that with the current exchange rates, I can have the three-book box set shipped to me from the USA for just over £35. Tempting...

That's pretty much what I payed for it from Amazon in the UK - it was pre-order mind. Not sure what they're charging now.

It's pretty tempting. Twelve quid a book? That's better than the crazy prices when they released the 3rd Ed PHB.
