Yeah, but sometimes you deal with younger people who have the empathy of a rock. Though that's probably an insult to a rock.

I'm glad that masks are still mandated in all public spaces, be it stores, public buildings or transportation, the workplace and schools. If someone walzes in unmasked they're immediately shown the door.

I like the explanation I heard about mask wearing from Morgan Freeman. (Celebrities, is there anything they don't know?) When I wear a mask, it doesn't protect you from me, it protects me from you. So when I see someone wearing a mask, it means that they care about me. So to return the favor, I wear a mask to show that I care about them.

That's exactly it. People who care about others, and NOT just themselves, wear masks. It's a very revealing thing.
