Came home exhausted.
Yeah, boxing kicked my ass. Pat had gone for a long bike ride so he was in the same condition. We ate supper and then laid down and napped for oh.... two hours or so? Then I showered and we hustled to get ready for bed.
I do love a good nap.
Work is very busy. Lots and lots of e-gift card notices, and some time spent on my report. I went to the big boss (because my boss is off this week) and told him I was going to be late with the report because of e-gift card problems. He was very cool about it. Nice.
The CEO released a notice about wearing a mask when with other employees or in an office with another person. There's a big Omicron surge in Gainesville since the students returned. Not surprising.
But I had to insist that the two idiots that work in the office next door wear a mask when coming through my office, or filing in their filing cabinets that are stored in my office. They seemed to think they don't have to obey the mandate that came from their own boss. I made it clear that there would be no exception in my office.
Idiots.
So life continues. The good, the aggravating, and the busy.
