I should be doing chores right now. We got home Tuesday afternoon pooped from the camping extraveganza and then Wednesday and yesterday I felt terrible because the "alergies" that Joe was suffering from turned out to be a cold. One good makeout session passed the bastard off to me. I'm *just* starting to feel human again. Blah

I have been avoiding chores too. I think I will continue until Monday though and just enjoy this weekend with my babies. I think the only chore I will is to mow yard since the backyard really needs it.

That is awesome you guys are able to save a little money each month. I am seriously going to be buckling down on our budget so we can rebuild our savings account back up.

I wish I could keep avoiding them but we're going to a cabin with friends tomorrow for an overnight. In one of those "Damn, Mom was right" moments I like the house to be clean before leaving on a trip so it's nice upon return.

We've only just gotten to a good place with money in the last few months. Only the grace of God kept us afloat when Joe was in school and we were a family of 4 living on 35K for a few years. Then I did my time at college and with 3 kids in daycare we were only just breaking even, provided the VA was giving me my GI Bill payments on time, which they only sporadically did. With me home and the kids out of daycare we are more financially stable than we ever have been since I left the Army in '07.

I hope you have a good time at the cabin. We do okay money wise, but we need to save up money again because we just spent a majority of our savings on his car. Hubby is lucky I love him so much. LOL

I am actually using hubby's GI bill right now to get my BAS. He is finishing up getting his BAS using TA. Thank God for that.
