I've done that. Although my mother is kind of insane, so it doesn't really help much.

Yea... she listened to what I said and then proceeded to tell me she wasn't going to take my advice. *sigh* oh well. It's not like I have any experience with long-distance relationships working out or anything. *eyeroll*
