Macro help?

I am finally starting raiding (yay!) and am transferring servers (Hello Area 52 Horde!) next week to raid with a former guildies who all hopped servers a few months ago. I am playing a Disc priest, and my gear is slowly improving, and I am getting better and better at it as time is going on. I am getting tons of LFR practice, and practice doing MSV

I don't think Blizz allows macros to do that but you can get an addon to tell you when something is ready. Weak Auras will do what you want, TellMeWhen or NeedToKnow will just tell you when your Mindbender is off cd so you know it's ready to cast again. Basically Blizz wants us to actively hit buttons rather than use a macro to do the work for us so addons that remind us to hit buttons is the best we can get.

I don't think you can make a macro that will detect how much mana you currently have, but you can use other addons to give you audio/visual cues when you drop below 80%. Mik's Scrolling Battle Text has health/mana chimes and you can adjust when they sound off, and WeakAuras can put an aura on your screen and make a noise when you're below that amount.
