"Only 2 Runes of Power can be placed at one time" Do you think this is per mage, or per group?

Per mage, I am guessing since 2 per group would be significantly weird in a group where there were more than one mage...unless you can use some other mage's rune?

yeah, idk, I assumed (I never got to 90 in the beta) that anyone can stand in the rune and benefit, like in the council fight in Ulduar

I'm very... shaky on this line up. I don't know right now if Echo of the Elements is better than having Elemental Mastery (the cooldown that is) as EotE is basically Dragonwrath? I'll just have to see if Dragonwrath like procs are worth the lack of a really powerful cooldown.

Really most of this is so situational I'll have to see when MoP hits if this is a good line up. @_@ If the fights require heavy movement, I need to be able to move my totems, but if not, I'm not going to bother with the talent.

The two second cast of the bottom tier cooldown has me side eyeing it. I know that the elemental totems do a horrendous amount of damage and don't take two seconds to cast.

From what I've read EB and PE are very close together now in terms of DPS potential, since PE was recently nerfed. EM is looking to be the absolute best for level 85 if you have the T13 2-piece bonus, other EotE would be a close second.

If you do decide to try EB at some point, it falls just behind LvB in the spell priority.
