Pally tank question

I'm trying to figure out which seal I should have active while tanking: Insight or Truth? I thought Insight would be useful because it helps out the healer a bit. According to Noxxic, though, I should use Truth. Or does it depend on the situation

I honestly can't think of a reason for prot paladins to use Insight instead of Truth. Your abilities are so cheap there's no point, and as long as you keep judging (which I notice paladin tanks who run out of mana a lot do very rarely), you'll be fine.

Not using Truth would bring your damage and threat way down. My pally is my less played tank, but she never leaves home without SoT! Just make sure you are judging more or less on CD so that your mana pool stays high. Good luck - pally tanking is fun!
