Pally tank question

I'm trying to figure out which seal I should have active while tanking: Insight or Truth? I thought Insight would be useful because it helps out the healer a bit. According to Noxxic, though, I should use Truth. Or does it depend on the situation?

While we're on the subject, what would I use as ret or holy? The auras are pretty straightforward as to which I should use for each spec. It's the seals that are puzzling me.
