Two rogues attempting to get the drop on each other via Vanish and Stunlock is kind of amusing.

Till you get all your ducks stunlocks in a row, stealth, sap, and sprint are probably your best contribution to battlegrounds (you can sap people as you pass by, confusing them!), and hunters are your natural enemies. (Even afterwards, hunters are your natural enemies -- two creatures instead of one, and a smart hunter will stand in the ice cube trap so you get ice-cubed when you try to stunlock them. Be wary.)
Good luck!!

At low levels, subtlety is what you want for BGs. I had the same problem when I first started my rogue; figured assassination was the one you used to assassinate targets, but noooo.
