Yep! It's a pretty rare drop, like 0.1 or 0.2%. XD

Really?? Omg, is there not a look- alike or anything? I saw someone else with it so i assumed it was common.

I got that in my bag of shinies on Jestana before I'd even hit 300 fishing. Prompted me to level up my fishing so I could use it. lol
