H-Baleroc - HELP!!

We're failing something serious on H-Baleroc. I think it's our healing strat. We have a holy paly and resto druid healing and we're having issues with them building stacks and conserving mana. I think we're doing something really wrong and I think it's how our healers are doing it.

Never tried heroic baleroc. For regular baleroc in druid healing I burned 2/3rds of my mana right there at the beginning by hitting tree form and using Regrowth spam to get an initial 30ish stacks just from the first crystal. Then I start using trinkets and innervate and if I have a spare 10 seconds(yeah right) a potion of concentration. The faster I could get the initial stacks up the better I did over the rest of the fight...

Note: This may not work for other druids.

We do this fight with a holy pally ((me) and a resto druid. Mana conservation was a huge deal for us too. I believe she uses the trinkets she has equipped for this fight; I swap out the Eye of Blazing Power for the Core of Ripeness for this fight. We have done this with a protection warrior tanking or a protection paladin tanking. It's somewhat easier with a prot pally

Looked at your pally's spec, and since she's not taking direct damage in this fight, she may want to consider moving the two talent points from Blessed Life to Eternal Glory for this fight to improve single-target efficiency.

Thanks for the tips! I think I'll have to take a look at what trinkets they're using for the fight and our holy paly will find this especially useful!.

I think the Jaws of Defeat could be really nice here (when it seems so shit everywhere else - I just picked up the H one on my priest uncontested, but they're not working on the fight), especially when stack building. Of course, it's never dropped on our main run. *sigh* Domo's still up, so maybe tomorrow night.

I'm not an expert, we've only gotten Baleroc heroic down 2x so far but here's what I see with your logs

Yeah, we had some very unlucky countdowns a few attempts and our people are not the best and not passing along torment.

This was my thought, it's the only way my guild has ever run this fight. It's stupid easy with three healers rotating.

Agree. Communication is key for kills. I don't have a mic, so I've made a "Tormented on me!" macro for this fight.

What mod are you using to track Vital Spark stacks?

DBM shows me a little menu of who has how many stacks. It's super helpful!
