H-Baleroc - HELP!!

We're failing something serious on H-Baleroc. I think it's our healing strat. We have a holy paly and resto druid healing and we're having issues with them building stacks and conserving mana. I think we're doing something really wrong and I think it's how our healers are doing it.

We use three healers for H Baleroc.

First crystal, we let the pally tank LOH himself whenever he needs it at first so the two primary healers can jack their stacks up with heroism. The third healer is basically the filler - his job is the crystal targets and to make sure they don't die. The other two healers alternate healing the tank and the crystals to build stacks.

We have the holy pally and the resto shaman or disc priest as the primary healers, with the resto druid usually being the crystal healer. The priest usually goes shadow because we have 4 MS healers on our roster and he's the only one with a viable OS. The druid can go kitty, but he's terrible at not tormenting everyone.

Aside from healing, it all comes down to communication, crisis management, and DPS. With only 6 DPS, it's a race against the clock. We usually have a ret pally and a warrior on the first crystal, and then rogue/warrior/hunter on the second with the balance druid being able to pick up slack where necessary.
