Oh my goodness, I loved this so much. The whole idea of John stealing gloves makes me happy, to start with, and then all the meaning behind it, and the fact that everyone knows about it is totally awesome. I also love the fact that Lestrade and especially Donovan just turned on Anderson for what he did because in my opinion Donovan doesn't care for Sherlock personally, but she respects his ability and also his place on the team. To sum up, squeeeee!

I must admit I had a bit much fun with the glove stealing, especially when Anderson accused Sherlock of being a klepto while John was wearing one of Anderson's gloves.
They may or may not be fond of Sherlock as a person, but they know what is over the line.
