I'm glad it's a new year. 2008 wasn't all that great, since my great Aunt Bea died. I've had lots of people I cared about die, but if I'd had to make a list of people I loved most in the world, she would've been right after my mom and sister. I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled two Mondays ago. I went into the dentist for a new patient evaluation, and upon inspecting my teeth, the dentist advised me to have that one removed right away as well as have a filling done. I hate Father's Day.

I started a quilting class. My first quilt should be finished in about a week, and then maybe I'll post a picture of it. It's only a four week long class, so it's just a baby-blanket size.
